Configure your Voicemail

You can configure your voicemail by dialing “999”. Once connected to voicemail, you will be presented with the voicemail auto attendant interface. This feature will then present you with a voice menu system which announces the voicemail options and allows you to dial a key to access and manage those options. The initial options you are presented with are the following:

  • Dial * to play your messages
  • Dial 9 to go to options
  • Dial pound(#) to exit

To configure your voicemail, dial “9”. The following are the options announced by the voicemail system and by dialing their corresponding keys you can access, change and update these features:

  • Dialing “1” allows you to change your profile status.
  • Dialing “3” allows you to dial a number.
  • Dialing “4” allows you to delete all read messages.
  • Dialing “5” allows you change your self-identification message.
  • Dialing “6” allows you to play mailbox information.
  • Dialing “7” allows you change your voicemail PIN number (which will be reflected in 3CX Management Console).
  • Dialing “8” allows you to change your greeting message.
  • Dialing “9” allows you to restart the voice menu’s prompts.

Sharepoint Document Management

I know for quite some time we have had some issues syncing and not syncing.  Alas there is a solution thanks to Jeffrey Johnston.  Together we figured out a way to manipulate SharePoint without having to sync the whole page to your hard drive.  You can map a SharePoint folder to your computer as a mapped drive.

Make sure you are using IE for this!

To map a network drive to a SharePoint Online library, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the SharePoint Online site by using your Office 365 credentials. Make sure that you click to select the Keep me signed incheck box.
  2. Browse to the library that you want to map the drive for.
  3. Click the LIBRARYtab on the ribbon, and then click Open with Explorer.
  4. Click in an empty area of the Explorer window address bar, and then copy the URL of the library.
  5. Right-click the Computer icon from the Desktop, or within Windows Explorer, and then click Map Network Drive.
  6. Click the Connect to a Web site that you can store your documents and pictureslink, and then click Next two times.
  7. Paste the URL that you copied in step 4, click Next, and then follow the instructions in the wizard.

Adding Email

  1. Click File, the Account Settings drop-down menu, and choose Account Settings.
  2. Under the “E-mail” tab, choose your account, and then click Change.
  3. Click More Settings…, click the Advanced tab, and then click Add.
  4. Type the name of the shared mailbox, and then click OK.
  5. Click OKNext, and Finish.
